Reservations:
A signed quote and a 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled or reduced in accordance with our Cancellation Policy described on your order.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy may vary by order. No cancellation fee will be charged if orders are cancelled or reduced before your given deadline, usually 4-2 weeks prior to the customer pickup date or delivery date. Orders cancelled on the last day of your deadline, within business hours will be considered on time. Any cancellations received after business hours will be considered late and the cancellation fee will incur. The cancellation fee varies between 50%-100% of the total being canceled, depending on how far from the customer pickup date or delivery date it is done.
Delivery Area & Fee:
Santa Rosa Party Rentals delivers to many locations within Northern California. Delivery charges are dependant upon location. Please contact our office for details and estimate.
Setup Fee:
An additional fee will be charged if Santa Rosa Party Rental personnel are required to set-up or take down tables and/or chairs. Fees described below are for standard labor. Setup location must be easily accessible, within a reasonable distance from the unloading zone. Additional labor fees will incur if SRPR personnel are required to haul the items by hand more than a reasonable distance, through stairs, inclined/steep driveways, etc. Please make sure to provide all setup details in advance to make sure it is agreed upon between both parties, SRPR and customer. Otherwise, setup service may be cancelled without a refund.
Tables $10.00 per table
Chairs $2.50 per chair
Umbrellas $10.00-$15.00 per umbrella

Return Conditions:
Please rinse catering items. (plates, glasses, serving, etc. No need to wash) A cleaning fee will be added to the order if items are not returned in the required conditions.
